Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Associate degree or medical certification with 2+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience or recent military transition.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes in retaining and expanding existing customer base and converting new accounts.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams and prepare reports.
• Ensure equipment deployment and promotional materials meet quality standards and maintain customer relationships.
