Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate in Orthopaedics to support DePuy Synthes with surgeons and hospitals in the Memphis territory. The role emphasizes clinical and product know‑how, in‑room assistance, and coordination of materials and services to ensure successful procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or medical certification with 2+ years of related experience.
• Alternative: 4+ years of related experience or recent military transition.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and performing; optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance; handle customer requests and manage hospital billing; create/close purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports as required.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets; ensure product availability and that promotional materials are presentable; meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DPS products by providing unique insights.
