Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with minimum 2 years related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through their clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment availability and usage.
• Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance; handle customer requests and hospital billing.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and account teams to improve solutions.
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure materials are up-to-date and compliant.
