Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Anchorage, AK territory within the Orthopaedics and MedTech units.

The role focuses on in-hospital support, operating room coverage, and clinical and logistical expertise to drive DPS sales while ensuring equipment availability and patient care value. The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, strong communication, and willingness to travel across the U.S. for frequent overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or medical certification with 2+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (overnight/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the Company in surgeries and ensuring proper equipment.
• Troubleshoot, handle hospital billing, and manage purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve service.
• Prepare sales reports and operating room/sterile processing consultations.
• Coordinate equipment deployment and ensure product availability.
• Maintain promotional materials to high standards.
• Ensure DePuy Synthes services meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments between reps and hospitals.
