Johnson & Johnson, a leader in MedTech, is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Anchorage, AK territory within DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics. You will guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and technical expertise, ensuring the right instruments are available and ready for procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Associate degree or medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative to provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; handle hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistics.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets across the territory, ensuring product availability.
• Ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and DePuy Synthes services meet quality standards.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)

4+ years professional experience

Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
