Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in Freehold, NJ to provide administrative and clinical support within the orthopedic department. You will be the liaison between medical providers and patients, monitoring procedure plans, coordinating follow-ups and evaluating patient progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a clinical or administrative role within an orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the orthopedic clinic, including patient intake, registration and medical record maintenance.
• Serve as liaison between patients, healthcare providers and other departments to facilitate communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and documentation for healthcare providers.
• Navigate EMR (CareCloud) and assist with patient notes and occasional medical billing.
• Coordinate with external facilities such as imaging centers and physical therapy clinics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, data collection and process improvements.
