The ideal candidate will have a healthcare administration background, strong communication skills, and the ability to delegate scheduling tasks while ensuring timely, high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar practice: Sports Medicine, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Orthopedic/Spine Surgeon (preferred).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to delegate scheduling tasks and ensure execution.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish trust with patients, providers and schedulers.
• Conduct weekly meetings with providers to review active patient lists and implement changes to accelerate care.
• Review daily schedules to assure patient compliance and follow-ups.
• Coordinate patient imaging as required.
• Collaborate with Medical Team for appointments as required.
• Provide advanced knowledge of Alliance Orthopedics services and technology.
• Demonstrate mastery of Scheduler responsibilities.
