Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics seeks a Clinical Coordinator to support the orthopedic department through administrative and clinical tasks in Old Bridge, NJ. You will liaise between patients and providers, monitor treatment plans, and coordinate with external facilities to ensure smooth patient care.

Ideal candidates have a preferred Bachelor's degree, clinical or administrative experience in orthopedics, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a related field.
• Clinical or administrative experience in orthopedics is beneficial.
• Experience with electronic medical records is desirable.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and staff.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and EMR systems.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the orthopedic clinic, including patient intake and registration.
• Act as liaison between patients, providers, and departments for smooth communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories in compliance with privacy laws.
• Prepare and organize patient charts for healthcare providers.
• Navigate EMR (CareCloud) and assist with patient notes and occasional billing.
• Coordinate with external facilities such as imaging centers and physical therapy clinics.
• Participate in audits, data collection, and quality improvement initiatives.
