Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring an Upper Extremities Sales Associate. You will partner with Sales Reps to cover cases, promote products, manage inventory, and expand customer relationships in the assigned territory.

After training, you will tailor the promotional message, educate surgeons and staff on product use, and identify new sales opportunities while supporting the team to meet quotas. Travel is approximately 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or medical certification with 2+ years related experience.
• Alternative: High school diploma with 4+ years related experience.
• Alternative: 4+ years of active-duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Reps in all stages of the sales call pattern and territory coverage.
• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors and staff on proper product use, functionality, and updates.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and nurture relationships.
• Assist in inventory management and processing Customer Purchase Orders for invoicing.
• Stay current on industry trends and participate in sales meetings outside regular hours.
