Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Orlando, FL orthopaedics territory. You will provide in-hospital clinical support, assist surgeons in the operating room, and ensure DePuy Synthes instruments are available and used correctly.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and economic value to surgeons and health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional or related experience; or 4 years if alternative.
• Active military duty experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in retaining and supporting penetration with existing customers and new conversions.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge.
• Provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams.
• Maintain equipment and ensure material availability throughout the territory.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS’s value proposition.
