Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve sales goals in the assigned Kentucky territory. You will consult surgeons in the operating room on Arthrex products and procedures, building relationships and driving product adoption.

The role requires orthopedic market knowledge, open OR familiarity, and strong communication to deliver education and strategic selling. Must lift up to 35 pounds and comply with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to relate to customers in orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Must be comfortable in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology as it relates to Arthrex.
• Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures.
• Ability to learn a high level of technical information, anatomy and indications for surgery.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales objectives for the territory and grow the business with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships; implement sales strategies to reach territory goals.
• Communicate product updates, changes to portfolio, and educational programs to customers.
• Execute new sales plans and marketing strategies to position Arthrex competitively.
• Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions.
• Address problems at accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support compliance, protect data, and adhere to laws and company policies.
• Receive coaching, training, and transfer knowledge to peers as needed.
• Maintain training in sales skills and product features/benefits.
• Collect competitive data and stay current on industry trends.
• Participate in sales meetings and professional association events; some after-hours work.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
