Job summary

Arthrex Colorado Springs is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales in a defined region, building relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will maintain expert knowledge of Arthrex products, conduct in-person appointments, and present cutting-edge orthopedic solutions in operating rooms.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, comfort in OR settings, a valid driver's license, and a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in a medical or orthopedic setting.
• Comfort in open operating room environments and knowledge of OR protocols.
• Ability to learn high-level technical information, anatomy and indications related to surgery.
• Valid and current driver's license with reliable personal transportation.
• 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred.
• Proven ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology related to Arthrex.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory through account development and field activity.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with surgeons and health care professionals.
• Communicate product updates, changes to portfolio and educational programs to accounts.
• Implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies to achieve territory objectives.
• Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions as available.
• Address problems at the account and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Receive coaching and transfer knowledge to peers; maintain training in sales skills and product features.
• Collect competitive data and stay current on industry trends; participate in meetings as required.
