Job summary

Arthrex Omaha is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within a multi-state territory. You will build relationships with surgeons and health care professionals, consulting in the operating room on Arthrex products and procedures.

Responsibilities include meeting objectives, developing strategies, and maintaining expert knowledge of Arthrex’s product portfolio. Travel and open OR environments are part of the role, with a focus on compliance and professional engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related sales experience; sports experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to relate to customers in orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Comfortable in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology related to Arthrex.
• Ability to learn technical information and indications for surgery.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communications and in-person appointments.
• Consult surgeons in the operating room regarding Arthrex products and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet territory objectives.
• Cross-sell products and manage new product introductions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and protect organizational assets.
• Receive coaching and transfer knowledge to peers.
