Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Sales Representative in Georgia to drive territory growth by meeting sales goals and building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will consult in the operating room, share product knowledge, and implement strategic plans to position Arthrex’s market-leading portfolio.

The role requires 3+ years in orthopedic sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work in open OR environments. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers within orthopedic/sports medicine.
• Comfortable in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology related to Arthrex.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and health care professionals.
• Consult surgeons in the operating room regarding Arthrex products and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies for territory growth.
• Cross-sell products and manage new introductions as available.
• Ensure compliance with policies and protect information confidentiality.
• Maintain training in sales skills and product features/benefits.
• Collect competitive data and stay current on industry trends.
