Arthrex Cleveland is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve predefined sales goals within the assigned territory. You will consult surgeons in the operating room on Arthrex products and procedures, building strong customer relationships and maintaining market knowledge.

The role requires 3+ years in orthopedic sales, Bachelor’s degree, and ability to work in open OR environments. Travel within the territory and compliance with company policies are expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of orthopedic or related sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Comfortable working in open operating room environments.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology relating to Arthrex.
• Knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures.
• Ability to learn technical information, anatomy and indications for surgery.
