Arthrex Colorado Springs is seeking a Territory Representative to achieve sales goals within the assigned territory. You will establish relationships with surgeons and health care professionals, consulting in the operating room on Arthrex products and procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, orthopedic market knowledge, and the ability to travel and lift up to 35 pounds. A strong customer-relations approach and compliance with medical standards are essential.

Formación

• 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Comfortable in open operating room environments and knowledgeable of OR protocols.
• Ability to learn technical information, anatomy, and indications related to surgery.
• Valid and current driver''s license with reliable transportation.
• 3+ years of orthopedic or related experience; sports experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and Arthrex terminology.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with accounts.
• Consult surgeons in the operating room regarding Arthrex products and procedures.
• Implement sales plans and marketing strategies to position the organization competitively.
• Cross-sell products and manage new product introductions.
• Address problems at accounts and ensure compliance with policies.
