Job summary

Arthrex Omaha is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve sales goals across a multi-state territory. You will build and maintain relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals through in-person visits and in-operating-room consultations on Arthrex products and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and three+ years in orthopedic or related field.
• Ability to relate to customers in the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
• Comfort in open operating room environments and familiarity with Arthrex products.
• Knowledge of operating room protocols and terminology related to surgery.
• Ability to learn high-level technical information, anatomy and indications.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales objectives for the territory.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits.
• Consult surgeons in the operating room on Arthrex products and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve territory results.
• Communicate product updates and changes to accounts.
• Cross-sell products and manage introductions of new products.
• Ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality of information.
