Orthofix is seeking a Territory Manager for Limb Reconstruction in a U.S. metro. This field-based role focuses on revenue growth, surgeon development, and expanding the portfolio within assigned markets.

You will provide in-person OR case support, build clinical credibility, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet territory goals. The position requires 3–7+ years of orthopedic sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a strong local surgeon network.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven track record of territory growth and quota achievement.
• Strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue growth for Limb Reconstruction portfolio in a US metro territory.
• Develop surgeons and convert competitive business to Orthofix.
• Provide OR case support and build product expertise for TL Elevate and related frames.
• Complete TM training and attend weekly trainings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Contracting and Strategic Accounts.
