Orthofix US is seeking a Territory Manager, Limb Reconstruction, a field-based sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth in an assigned U.S. metro.

You will report to the Region Sales Manager and dedicate 100% of selling time to Orthofix's Limb Reconstruction portfolio. Ideal candidates bring 3–7+ years in orthopedic sales with clinical credibility and strong collaboration skills to develop surgeons, expand market share, and deliver consistent case flow across TL Elevate, frames,

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven ability to drive territory growth and hit quotas.
• Ability to train and develop surgeons across specialties.
• Strong clinical credibility and OR support skills.

Responsabilités

• Own revenue growth for Limb Reconstruction in the assigned U.S. metro.
• Build surgeon target lists and maintain an opportunity pipeline.
• Provide in-person operating room case support for TL Elevate, TrueLok, TL-HEX frames, and Fitbone.
• Coordinate training with the Market Development team and Sales Enablement.
• Maintain CRM documentation, expense reports, and training records.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Contracting, Strategic Accounts and Limb Reconstruction teams.
