Job summary

Orthofix is seeking a Territory Manager, Limb Reconstruction for a remote United States role. The TM will own revenue growth for the Limb Reconstruction portfolio across an assigned U.S. metro, reporting to the Region Sales Manager and dedicating 100% of selling time to Limb Reconstruction.

The role requires orthopedic clinical credibility, proven sales discipline, and a self-directed approach. Training includes TL Elevate, frame systems, and weekly virtual sessions; in-person training occurs in

Qualifications

Orthopedic sales experience (3–7+ years).
Proven record of territory growth and quota achievement.
Demonstrated success converting competitive business.
Strong local surgeon network in the assigned market.
Bachelor’s degree required; clinical acumen in orthopedics.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth for Limb Reconstruction within the designated U.S. metro territory.
Develop and activate surgeons in Foot & Ankle, Trauma and Pediatric Orthopedics.
Provide in-person case support and establish credibility in the operating room.
Participate in product training and field learnings; attend labs and in-person sessions.
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and territory plans; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company policy.
Coordinate with contracting and accounts on hospital access and case coverage.
