This field-based role reports to the Region Sales Manager and dedicates 100% of selling time to the Limb Reconstruction portfolio, building surgeon relationships and driving case volume. Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven record of territory growth and quota achievement against measurable goals.
• Demonstrated success converting competitive business.

Responsibilities

• Execute the territory business plan and own quota.
• Develop surgeons in Foot & Ankle, Trauma and Pediatrics.
• Sustain in-person OR support for TL Elevate, TrueLok and TL-HEX.
• Maintain CRM, forecasts, and field learnings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Contracting and Accounts.
