Orthofix is seeking a Territory Manager for Limb Reconstruction to drive revenue growth in the U.S. market. This field-based role focuses on surgeon development, case support, and expanding the Limb Reconstruction portfolio.

The candidate will manage a diverse territory, build strong surgeon relationships, and coordinate cross-functional activities. Travel to training sites is required, including Lewisville, TX.

Qualificações

• 3–7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven record of territory growth and quota achievement.
• Strong local surgeon network in Foot & Ankle, Trauma and Pediatric Orthopedics.
• Orthopedic clinical acumen with frame and IM nail experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Territory Growth & Business Plan Execution: own quota and market growth, dedicate 100% selling time to Limb Reconstruction, build surgeon target list and pipeline.
• Surgeon Development & Competitive Conversion: prospect and activate surgeons in key areas, convert competition, expand portfolio use.
• Case Support & Clinical Expertise: provide OR case support for TL Elevate, TrueLok, and TL-HEX frames; become a credible product specialist.
• Training & Development: complete TM training; attend weekly virtual training; participate in labs and hands-on product training; attend in-person training in Lewisville, TX.
• Performance Management & Accountability: hold weekly 1:1s with RSM; participate in revenue and KPI reviews; act on field coaching.
