Orthofix Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager, Limb Reconstruction, to drive revenue growth in a U.S. metro market. You will own territory quotas, develop surgeons, and provide in- OR product support for TL Elevate, TrueLok, and other frames.

Candidates should have 3–7+ years in orthopedic sales, a strong local surgeon network, and clinical credibility in the OR. This is a field-based role requiring travel and ongoing training across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven record of territory growth and quota achievement.
• Strong local surgeon network in Foot & Ankle, Trauma and Pediatric Orthopedics.
• Orthopedic clinical acumen with frame and IM nail experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory business plan and own quota; manage pipeline.
• Develop surgeons and convert competitive cases; expand portfolio usage.
• Provide in-operating-room support and product expertise.
• Complete TM training and participate in weekly virtual sessions.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and account plans; coordinate with teams.
• Travel to hospitals and clinics within the territory and adjacent markets.
