Job summary

Orthofix is seeking a Territory Manager for Limb Reconstruction to drive revenue growth in a U.S. metro territory. You will work 100% in the field with surgeons, build a strategic plan, and own the territory quota.

You will provide in-person case support, develop surgeons across Foot & Ankle, Trauma and Pediatric Orthopedics, and collaborate with Marketing, Education and Contracting to expand the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Proven track record of territory growth and quota achievement.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong local surgeon network in the assigned market.
• Orthopedic clinical acumen and credibility in the operating room.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth for the Limb Reconstruction portfolio in an assigned U.S. metro territory.
• Develop surgeon relationships and expand product usage across TL Elevate frames and full portfolio.
• Provide in-person OR case support for TL Elevate, TrueLok and TL-HEX frames.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical Education, Contracting and Strategic Accounts to grow the territory.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasts and training records.
