Orthofix is seeking a Territory Manager, Limb Reconstruction, to lead revenue growth in a U.S. metro territory. This role targets surgeon development and market expansion with the Limb Reconstruction portfolio, reporting to the Region Sales Manager.

You will build a surgeon network, drive case volume, and deliver in-market support for TL Elevate, frames, and related products. Prior orthopedic sales success and strong local ties are essential.

Competenze

• 3-7+ years of orthopedic sales experience.
• Track record of territory growth and meeting quota.
• Experience converting competitive business.
• Strong local knowledge is required.

Mansioni

• Own revenue growth for the Limb Reconstruction portfolio in an assigned U.S. territory.
• Develop surgeons and expand utilization across TL Elevate, frames and related products.
• Provide in-person case support in OR for product lines and participate in joint surgeon calls.
• Complete TM training and participate in weekly virtual product and selling-skill sessions.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and territory plans; manage inventory and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Contracting and Strategic Accounts to grow the territory.
