Orthofix Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Limb Reconstruction to own revenue growth in an assigned U.S. metro. You will target surgeons, provide in-OR case support, and drive adoption across TL Elevate, frames, and the full portfolio.

The role requires orthopedic credibility, field leadership, and a proactive, self-directed approach to expanding the market with strong collaboration across internal teams. The position is field-based with travel to hospitals.

Qualifikationen

• Proven record of territory growth and quota achievement.
• Strong local surgeon network in orthopedics.
• Orthopedic clinical acumen: frame and IM nail procedures.
• Ability to sell a full portfolio, not a single product line.

Aufgaben

• Execute the territory business plan with the RSM and own quota and growth goals.
• Develop and convert surgeons across Foot & Ankle, Trauma and Pediatric Orthopedics.
• Provide in-person OR case support for TL Elevate, frames, and related procedures.
• Complete TM training and participate in labs and product training sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Education, Contracting, and Strategic Accounts.
• Maintain CRM records, budgets and training documentation in compliance with policy.
