Qualifikationen

• 4 years working in an Ambulatory Healthcare environment.
• 4 years of customer service experience.
• 4 years working with third-party payors (insurance carriers).
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) required at time of hire.

• Directs, coordinates and facilitates the surgical scheduling activities of all clinic physicians.
• Acts as liaison between the department and other surgical and financial areas.
• Oversees daily surgical scheduling for the department and participates in hiring, staffing, and training.
• Instructs patients on administrative, financial and preoperative processes.
• Utilizes EPIC and external scheduling processes; ensures proper authorization and communications.
