Smith+Naphew seeks a technical consultant in Orthopedics to drive adoption of fixation solutions and provide in-OR coverage. You will develop relationships with surgeons, KOLs and hospital staff while educating teams on product use.

You will lead territory planning to generate revenue and achieve quotas, with ongoing cross-division collaboration. A 24/7 rotation is required to support customers and patients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years sales experience in medical device industry.
• Preferred experience in healthcare selling orthopedic products or EMS/Paramedic background.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.

Responsabilidades

• Make sales calls and provide on-call clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Smith+Naphew products through education programs in your territory.
• Develop a territory business plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Own a 24/7 call rotation within the team and coordinate with OR staff and hospitals.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally to increase awareness and adoption of products.
