Smith+Nephew Life Unlimited in Boulder, CO seeks an Associate Sales Representative for the Sports Medicine portfolio. You will support in operating room case coverage, manage instrument and implant logistics, and collaborate with surgeons, hospital staff, and sales reps to drive revenue and meet quotas.

You will become a technical expert through training, build relationships across the territory, and travel 2–4 overnights per month with occasional national travel, delivering data‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, specifically selling orthopedic products.
• Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives.
• Travel 2–4 overnights per month; occasional national travel included.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical case coverage in the operating room for Sports Medicine procedures.
• Secure instrument and implant inventory for cases and consult surgical teams.
• Collaborate with territory reps, surgeons, hospital staff, and administrators to generate revenue.
• Develop territory business plans to meet or exceed quotas.
