Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a technical orthopedic sales consultant to drive adoption of internal and external fixation solutions. You will convert physicians, provide in-OR coverage, and train surgeons across your territory, collaborating with hospitals, OR staff, SPD, administration, and researchers.

Success hinges on deep orthopedics product knowledge, strategic territory planning, and building relationships with surgeons, KOLs, and hospital leadership to grow revenue and improve patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years sales experience in medical device industry, orthopedic products or EMS/paramedic background.
• Proven track record selling to surgeons or hospitals.
• Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales reps.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls to physicians/accounts to convert and grow territory.
• Provide on-call clinical case coverage in the operating room.
• Train surgeons on Smith+ Nephew products through education programs.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet/exceed quota.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally with ENT/Orthopedics teams and hospital staff.
