Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative based in Vermont to advance orthopedic care across the territory. You will act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio and build strong partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, and OR staff.

You will train clinical teams on products and programs, drive adoption of innovative solutions like the CORI robotic system, and develop a territory plan to exceed sales targets while collaborating across divisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years medical device sales experience, preferably orthopedics.
• Proven success selling to surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Strong relationship building with surgeons, KOLs and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant for Orthopedic Reconstruction products.
• Convert accounts through sales calls, in-service support and OR coverage.
• Train surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and programs.
• Build partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff and administrators.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic surgical and navigation systems.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborate cross divisionally to uncover growth opportunities.
