The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of medical device sales (orthopedics preferred), and proven success selling to surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Act as technical consultant for Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio.
• Convert accounts through sales calls, in-service support, and OR case coverage.
• Train surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and programs.
• Build partnerships with surgeons and hospitals, OR staff and administrators.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic system and navigation solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow revenue.
• Collaborate across divisions to uncover growth opportunities.
