Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to drive orthopedic care across a Vermont territory. The role emphasizes technical consulting, surgeon education, and strategic account development to grow revenue and meet sales targets.

You will travel within the territory, train clinical teams, and partner with hospitals to expand adoption of innovative solutions including CORI robotic systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopedics.
• Demonstrated success selling and converting business at surgeon and hospital level.
• Strong relationship building with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, specializing in total joint reconstruction.
• Converting new and existing accounts through sales calls, in service support and OR case coverage.
• Training and educating surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products, technologies and programs.
• Building partnerships with orthopedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Driving adoption of CORI robotic surgical and navigation systems.
• Developing and executing a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborating cross-divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine to uncover growth opportunities.
