Job summary

Smith+ Nephew in Vermont is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to advance orthopedic care across the territory. You will act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, train surgeons, and drive adoption of innovative solutions including the CORI robotic system.

The role requires building strong surgeon relationships, meeting sales targets, and developing a detailed territory plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably orthopedics.
• Proven ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, specializing in total joint reconstruction.
• Converting accounts through sales calls, in-service support and OR case coverage.
• Training surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and programs.
• Building partnerships with surgeons, hospitals and OR staff.
• Driving adoption of CORI robotic surgical and navigation systems.
• Developing and executing a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet sales targets.
• Collaborating cross-divisionally to uncover growth opportunities.
