Smith+ Nephew in Vermont is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to advance orthopedic care across the territory. You will act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, including total joint reconstruction and in‑service support for OR teams.

You will train surgeons and clinical staff on Smith+ Nephew products and programs, build strong hospital partnerships, drive adoption of the CORI robotic system, and develop a territory plan to meet sales targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience.
• Demonstrated success selling and converting business at surgeon and hospital level.
• Strong relationship building with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory strategically and deliver results.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other sales professionals is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, specializing in total joint reconstruction.
• Converting new and existing accounts through effective sales calls, in service support and operating room case coverage.
• Training and educating surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products, technologies and programs.
• Building strong partnerships with orthopedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Driving adoption of innovative solutions including the CORI robotic surgical and navigation system.
• Developing and executing a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborating cross divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to uncover growth opportunities.

Conhecimentos
