Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative in Vermont. You will act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, engaging surgeons and hospital teams, and driving adoption of CORI robotics while growing revenue in your territory.

You will train clinical staff on products and programs, build strong partnerships with surgeons and administrators, and manage a territory plan to meet sales targets across facilities and networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopedics.
• Demonstrated success selling to surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory strategically.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical consultant for Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio.
• Convert accounts through sales calls, in service support and OR case coverage.
• Train and educate surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products and programs.
• Build partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff and administrators.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic and navigation systems.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborate with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine teams on growth opportunities.
