Job summary

Smith+ Nephew in Vermont is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to advance orthopedic care across the territory. You will act as a technical consultant, educate surgeons, and drive adoption of innovative solutions like the CORI robotic system.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in medical device sales, preferably orthopedics, with strong relationship building and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopedics.
• Demonstrated success selling and converting business at surgeon and hospital level.
• Strong relationship building skills with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio, specializing in total joint reconstruction.
• Converting new and existing accounts through effective sales calls, in service support and operating room case coverage.
• Training and educating surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products, technologies and programs.
• Building strong partnerships with orthopedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators.
• Driving adoption of innovative solutions including the CORI robotic surgical and navigation system.
• Developing and executing a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborating cross divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to uncover growth opportunities.
