Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative based in Vermont to advance orthopedic care across the territory. You will engage surgeons, hospitals and OR teams, delivering education on products and driving adoption of innovative solutions.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in medical device sales, and a proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. The role offers travel within the territory and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably orthopedics.
• Proven success selling to surgeons and hospitals.
• Strong relationship building with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory strategically.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical consultant for the Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio.
• Convert new and existing accounts through sales calls and case coverage.
• Train surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+ Nephew products.
• Build partnerships with surgeons, hospitals, OR staff and administrators.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic and navigation systems.
• Develop territory business plan to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborate across divisions to identify growth opportunities.
