Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Reconstruction Sales Representative to drive orthopedic care across the Vermont territory. You will act as a technical consultant, educate surgeons, and cover operating room cases to convert accounts and grow revenue.

You will develop territory plans, build strong hospital relationships, and promote innovative solutions like CORI robotics while achieving sales targets. This role requires autonomy, collaboration, and a patient-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably orthopedics.
• Demonstrated success selling at surgeon/hospital level.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical consultant for Orthopedic Reconstruction portfolio.
• Convert accounts through sales calls and OR coverage.
• Train surgeons and clinical teams on products and programs.
• Build partnerships with surgeons, hospitals and OR staff.
• Drive adoption of CORI robotic systems.
• Develop territory business plan to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Collaborate cross divisionally to uncover growth opportunities.
