Responsibilities

• Resolves scheduling conflicts and coordinates patient appointments.
• Obtains authorizations, pre-certifications, referrals; collaborates with billing.
• Registers patients and updates demographic and insurance data.
• Answer calls, take messages, and provide information to patients and staff.
• Support staff supervision and ensure efficient clinic workflow.
