Qualifications

• Strong communication and patient-facing skills required.

• Experience with pre-certifications, referrals, and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams by recording vital signs and chief complaints.
• Assist providers with exams and minor procedures including phlebotomy and EKGs.
• Coordinate patient care: referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and test results communication.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records for billing and care continuity.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain clinical spaces and equipment per OSHA guidelines.
• Order supplies and manage medication inventories and recalls.
• Develop effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Complete onboarding and training activities as directed.
