Job summary

Summit Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Coordinator to manage clinical support coordination for patient care. You will handle scheduling follow-ups, surgery coordination, and cross-team communication under the Practice Development Manager.

The role is full-time with a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule, based at the Plymouth Bass Lake Clinic and may require travel to other Summit campuses in MN.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• Associates degree or better in Medical Assistant or related field preferred.
• 2 years: Associate degree or completion of a community or technical college program. In lieu of education, equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to patient phone calls; triage messages.
• Schedule and manage physicians' daily and surgery schedules; coordinate urgent appointments.
• Support coordination of patient care between team members and care providers.
