Job summary

Summit Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support an Operative Hand Physician and team in a patient-first environment. The role focuses on scheduling follow-ups, coordinating surgery, and communicating across care teams within our Plymouth Bass Lake Clinic and nearby Summit campuses in Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, and other sites as needed.

Primary hours are 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for flexibility across clinics.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates of Medical Assistant preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to patient calls and triage messages.
• Manage physician schedules, clinic and surgery calendars.
• Coordinate patient care across teams and departments.
• Maintain and enter physician orders in the EMR.
• Assist with rooming patients and initiating visits as directed.
• Provide non-clinical support as directed.
