Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification + 2+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of professional or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from active military duty.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel, including weekends/overnight.
• Residence in or relocation to the posted territory.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing and business acumen.
• Strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and achieving sales goals.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability and tray optimization.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams; prepare reports and documents.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets; ensure materials are presentable and service levels meet high standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DPS products with unique insights.
