Job summary

Treace is seeking a Sales Representative to advance surgical solutions for bunion treatment and related products. You will become a subject matter expert, support surgeons and operating room teams, and drive customer conversion through strategic relationship-building.

Expect extensive travel to customer sites and operating rooms, with a focus on training, feedback to product teams, and sustaining service for key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; field sales experience required.
• Travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and ability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impact by becoming a subject matter expert for Treace Medical's products and procedures to support surgeons and OR teams.
• Strategize for growth by building new relationships, following up on leads, and driving customer conversion.
• Provide feedback to marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Train for excellence by planning and executing product training for surgeons in didactic and hands-on settings.
• Foster relationships with key accounts to expand market development and ensure service continuity.
