Job summary

Treace, a surgical device company in Riverside, invites you to join a dynamic field sales team focused on advancing bunion and midfoot care. As a Sales Representative, you will become a subject matter expert, support surgeons in the OR, and help drive outcomes.

You will build new relationships, follow up on leads, and work with marketing to refine products. This role requires travel, strong communication, and a passion for improving patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%).
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios.
• A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Impact: Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Strategize for Growth: Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
• Provide Feedback to Innovate: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Train for Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings.
• Foster Relationships: Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
