Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based sales professional in the United States to manage and grow key customer accounts by delivering exceptional service and building trusted partnerships.

You will drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations in OR and office settings, and delivering comprehensive product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in healthcare/sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, demonstrat ing the value of Stryker products.
• Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Meticulously manage sample inventory and adhere to compliance and AdvaMed standards.
• Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as determined by territory needs.
