Stryker Corporation in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking a Joint Replacement Sales Representative to promote orthopedic joint replacement products to hospitals and surgical teams. You will drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and closing new business opportunities, while delivering outstanding service.

You will conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, train surgeons and OR staff on product use, manage sample inventory with compliance, and participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare/sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Experience with sales techniques, product demos and sales control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts with excellent service and partnerships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR/office settings and demonstrate value of products.
• Provide product knowledge and training to surgeons and OR staff.
• Maintain sample inventory and comply with AdvaMed principles.
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences.
• Handle on-call duties to address urgent technical needs as needed.
