Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative to promote Orthopedic Joint Replacement products and drive revenue growth in the Riverside, CA area. You will develop customer relationships, support surgical teams in the OR, and exceed sales targets through strategic account management.

The role is commission-based with bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, proven sales success, and knowledge of sales techniques and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building trusted partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products.
• Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Adhere to AdvaMed compliance; manage sample inventory meticulously.
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
• On-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays as territory needs dictate.
