The role oversees staff, budgets, and workflows across clinical and administrative functions, partnering with physician leaders to maintain high service quality. A bachelor’s degree is required; 3–5+ years in healthcare management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of healthcare management experience in a medical/orthopedic setting.
• Proven ability to manage a large multi-provider medical office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with EHR and practice management software; strong data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling and patient flow.
• Develop and implement office policies to optimize patient experience and compliance.
• Coordinate provider schedules, OR time, and ancillary services.
• Manage inventory and orthopedic equipment and implants.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise front office, billing, and clinical staff.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue cycle metrics.
• Address patient concerns and improve service quality.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations compliance.
• Oversee EHR and practice management systems; use data to guide decisions.
